Immigration Law Concentration

This concentration is designed for students who wish to gain a solid foundation in immigration law, but who also wish to have more flexibility in their course of study.

The Immigration Law Concentration requires a total of 15 to 17 credits as follows:

Required Courses Credit Hours
Immigration Law 3
Administrative Law 3
Constitutional Law II 3
Immigration Policy Seminar 2

In addition to the required courses, students must complete two electives from the following list:

Refugee & Asylum Law 2
Supervised Externship (if immigration law related) 2 or 3
International Law 3
Family Law  3
Employment Law 2 or 3
