Law 159: Appellate Advocacy

Available to Trial Team members only

This course focuses on brief writing and oral advocacy for students participating in extramural moot court competitions. Rules of the Supreme Court, which govern most moot court contests, receive special emphasis. All class participants must be registered for an extramural competition during the semester in which they take the course, must receive permission of the instructor, and must have taken Appellate Writing (LRWA III) as a prerequisite.
