Writing Course
This course is an introduction on how to bring suit against the federal government. Citizens, advocates of small government, and Tenth Amendment proponents engage in this kind of litigation practice to address the imbalance between federal authorities and state and individual sovereignties. The course qualifies as a writing (W) course. In place of a final exam or major paper, student grades will be based on four written exercises.
