WOODRUFF, TRUSTS & ESTATES
We will be approaching the study of Wills, Trusts, and Estates with an emphasis on Virginia law this summer. Our casebook is Jesse Dukeminier and Stanley M. Johanson, Wills, Trusts, and Estates (6th ed. Aspen 2000). Our statutory supplement is Vol. 9A of the Va. Code Ann. (Michie 1995 and Supp. 1999). We will also cover other sections of the Virginia Code as applicable.
