| General Description: | Provides training in the preparation and presentation of evidence in jury and non-jury trials. The Trial Advocacy for Competitors course focuses on the same matters, but its enrollment is limited to students participating in trial advocacy competitions. As Trial Advocacy and Trial Advocacy for Competitors focus on the same matters, a student who completes one of the courses may not register for the other. Evidence is a prerequisite to both Trial Advocacy and Trial Advocacy for Competitors, and both courses are graded "CR". |
