| General Description: | Small Business Planning is an advanced course with a substantial writing requirement which builds upon students' knowledge of tax, business, employment and securities law to develop problem solving thought patterns and the performance of research, drafting and communication skills that are essential to advising entrepreneurs through the entire life cycle of a privately-held business. Business Associations, Income Tax, and Corporate Tax are prerequisites to this course. |
