| General Description: | This class will examine how legal issues are portrayed in cinema. The course will focus on ethics issues, evidentiary rules and trial advocacy. Students will watch assigned movies from the past few decades outside of class, and prepare discussion papers and participate in classroom discussion about the accuracy of the legal issues portrayed, and the timeliness and significance of legal developments addressed in the movies. |
