| General Description: | The course explores individual states' election laws and administrative rules and the interplay with federal constitutional and statutory law affecting the regulation of elections. Students will gain a perspective on the variety of solutions just within the United States to election issues and the effects these state variations have upon our US presidential and other federal elections. |
