| General Description: | This course will explore the development of US Election Law from the initial "federalist" orientation that brought us to the 2000 presidential election, and the problems that were exposed. The course will also explore the current and future impact of technology on election law and election administration, and various pending and proposed options for solving perceived problems in elections. |
