| General Description: | This course presents students with the opportunity to take what they have learned in the classroom and utilize it in real litigation settings under the supervision of an attorney or judge. Students may be placed in the offices of the Public Defender, Commonwealth Attorney, and Legal Aid. They may also be placed in the chambers of the Circuit Court, General District Court, and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts judges. As of Fall 2010, all credits are considered “out-of-class” and the course is graded "CR". |
