General Description: This seminar is devoted to a close reading of major works of legal and political philosophy. For Spring 2015, the seminar will consider the topic of education for liberty and happiness in Locke, Plato, and Rousseau. Students who enrolled in Law 622 in prior years may enroll in the course a second time because the assigned readings change semester to semester.
