| General Description: | This course is an opportunity to examine more closely selected topics surveyed in the “American Legal History Survey” course. The specific content of this course will be determined by the instructors, with input (but not authority) from the students enrolled in the course, and thus the topics and readings will vary from year to year with the interests of the participants. The main idea is to become better students, scholars, and practitioners of American legal history. |
