Richard Kelsey joined the School of Law as Assistant Dean for
Management and Planning in January of 2010. Prior to joining the
School of Law, Mr. Kelsey was the CEO of Turiss, LLC, an IT Security
and Software Company based in Reston, Virginia. Dean Kelsey is a
graduate of the School of Law and a former law clerk for the Circuit
Court Judges of Arlington County. After clerking, he practiced law as
a commercial litigator with Reed Smith LLP. He is the immediate
Past-President of the George Mason Law Alumni Chapter.
He lives in Ashburn with his wife Jill and their three children.
