ADJUNCT PROFESSOR DANIEL B. PICKARD is a Partner in the International Trade and Election Law & Government Ethics practice groups of Wiley Rein LLP in Washington, DC. Mr. Pickard, whose practice principally relates to the laws and regulations governing international trade and business transactions, represents and advises clients in matters related to trade remedy investigations (including antidumping cases), U.S. economic sanctions, export controls, anti-boycott measures, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA). Mr. Pickard represents clients in front of the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). He teaches International Trade Law and Regulation.
