Biographical Sketch
Visiting Assistant Professor of Law Laura Bradford is a graduate of Stanford Law School and clerked for the Honorable James L. Oakes on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Before coming to George Mason Law, she was a Visiting Associate Professor of Law and Interim Co-Director of the Intellectual Property Law Program at George Washington University. She previously practiced as an associate in the intellectual property law group at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City, and as a reporter at Time Magazine writing in the areas of business and technology.Professor Bradford will teach Trademark Law and the Intellectual Property survey course this year.
