Biographical Sketch
PROFESSOR OF LAW HARRY G. HUTCHISON has been a professor of law at Wayne State University since 2001. Previously, he taught at the University of Detroit Mercy where he also served as the Faculty Director of the London Law Program, and he has taught as a visiting professor of law at the University of San Diego. He has published twenty articles, public policy studies, and Civil Rights opinions which concentrate on corporate governance, labor law, employment law, transnational labor and employment law and international trade. Most of his articles apply economics and history to a wide variety of topics.
Professor Hutchison's research interests include labor and employment law, corporate law, international trade law including the intersection of labor standards, comparative labor law and international trade, and the application of law & economics and postmodernism to a variety of topics.
