The George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal recently received a citation in the 2009 Letter Update to Constitutional Litigation Under § 1983 by Mark R. Brown and Kit Kinports.
The citation was for Ralph W. Kasarda and Robert Luther III's Why Courts Must Subject Municipalities to Constitutional Tort Liability Under § 1983 When Unconstitutional Race- and Sex- Based Preference Statutes Deprive and Otherwise Qualified Bidder of a Public Contract, 19 GEO. MASON U. CIV. RTS. L.J. 371 (2009).
