April 28, 2008 – The George Mason Law Review is pleased to announce that Miranda Jones, the 2007 Adrian S. Fisher Award winner, is a 2008 Burton Award Law School Winner:

The Burton Awards, established in 1999, is a non-profit program run in association with the Library of Congress. Student awards are given each year to fifteen law school students from across the nation whose articles exemplify effective legal writing in plain and concise language. This is the second year in a row in which a George Mason Law Review student article has received the Burton Award.       October 31, 2007 - Law Review Symposium a Success

       

      The Law Review held its annual Antitrust Symposium at the J. W. Marriott in Washington DC. A sold out crowd enjoyed speeches and discussions on important antitrust issues. Please visit our Symposium page for working papers and pictures.

      The George Mason Law Review and Dean Daniel Polsby will host a Law Review Alumni Reception on Thursday, November 29, 2007, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Robert A. Levy Atrium.
