Article Submission
The George Mason Law Review publishes four times per year. The single most important criterion for an article to be considered for publication is that it must make an original contribution to the literature.
The Law Review publishes approximately three to five professional articles per issue. The Law Review also publishes one to three student pieces per issue. The Law Review only considers student work from George Mason students.
The Articles Committee begins reviewing articles for publication in early March. The review continues until all issues of the volume are full. Please note that one issue per volume is devoted to the Law Review's annual Antitrust Symposium.
Electronic Submission
The Law Review strongly prefers electronic submissions. We accept ExpressO submissions as well as email submissions. If emailing submissions directly to the Law Review, please use the Regular Submission link below. Please provide the following information with your submission:

We have begun reviewing articles for Volume 16.
Please do not send articles submissions to gmlr@gmu.edu. Such submissions will be immediately deleted and not reviewed. Please send your submissions and related correspondence to art-reg@gmu.edu.
Hard Copy Submission
We accept hard copy submissions but we strongly encourage electronic submissions. If your hard copy submission is selected for further review, we will request an electronic copy of your article. Please send only one copy to the following address:

Submission Requirements

Manuscripts should be created in Microsoft Word and double-spaced, preferably utilizing Times New Roman font.

Text and citations should conform to A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005) ("The Bluebook").

Please enclose a cover letter that references the name of your manuscript, and provides your address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
