Federal regulations are found in the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R., Range 102) and GPOAccess. Proposed regulations and adopted regulations appear in the Federal Register(Range 102). GPOAccess 1994- HeinOnline Vol. 1, 1936- Adopted regulations first appear in this source and then are incorporated into the C.F.R.
