Federal regulations are found in the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R., Range 102) and GPOAccess. Proposed regulations and adopted regulations appear in the Federal Register(Range 102). GPOAccess 1994- HeinOnline Vol. 1, 1936- Adopted regulations first appear in this source and then are incorporated into the C.F.R.

Most environmental laws are in Title 42 Public Health and Welfare.

Westlaw:

• Under Directory (click on link at the top), Westlaw has Topical Practice Areas- Environmental Law.
