General Academic Interest

Academic OneFile Contains legal journals
Coverage: varies

Contains over 9,000 titles, of which nearly 7,000 are refereed or scholarly journals. Articles from these journals usually are available in HTML and PDF. This collection includes full-text of the New York Times from 1995 and full-text of the Financial Times and Times of London from 1985. It also contains hundreds of podcasts and transcripts from NPR, CNN, and the CBC.

Blackwell-Synergy Journals Contains legal journals
Coverage: 1997 to present

Provides online access to all journals published by the Blackwell Publishing. Journals cover all disciplines, including the fields of arts and humanities, business and economics, engineering, law, medicine, social sciences, sciences, and technology.

Cambridge Journals Online Contains legal journals

Over 125 specialized journals from renowned research societies and associations in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities. Coverage varies by journal title, with the earliest starting in 1997.

General OneFileContains legal journals

Full text. Formerly InfoTrac OneFile. Updated daily. Covers a wide range of topics including business, computers, current events, economics, education, health care, humanities, law, literature and art, politics, science, social science, and many general interest topics.

General Reference Center Gold Contains legal journals

A database of current article information taken from over 25,000 multidisciplinary journals. Contains brief descriptive information for over 7 million articles. Document delivery is available for an add-on charge. Previously called Uncover.

Over 100 periodical titles in the fields of the humanities, social sciences, and the sciences. The full text is generally available for the past several years, though abstracts of articles date back additional years.

Offers 250 journal titles from 40 scholarly publishers. One of the academic community's primary electronic journals resources, it covers the fields of literature and criticism, history, visual and performing arts, cultural studies, education, and others

Provides a comprehensive listing of journal articles on architecture and design, including the history and practice of architecture, landscape architecture, city planning, historic preservation, and interior design and decoration. It contains more than 440,000 entries from over 700 U.S. and international journals.

Bibliography of the History of Art
Coverage: 1973-present; updated quarterly

Covers European and American art from late antiquity to the present, indexing and abstracting art-related books, conference proceedings, dissertations, exhibition and dealer's catalogs, and articles from 1,400 journals. Records feature detailed abstracts in English or French.

Communication & Mass Media Contains legal journals

Provides indexing and abstracting for over 400 journals related to communication and mass media studies. Includes full text for 230 of the journals.

Film Indexes Online
Coverage: 1900-present

Single interface allows access and cross-searching of the American Film Institute (AFI) Catalog, Film Index International (from the British Film Institute), and FIAF International Index to Film Periodicals (from the International Federation of Film Archives). AFI Catalog indexes films released from 1893-1971. Film Index International indexes films released from 1900-present. And FIAF covers journals from 1972-present.

Accounting and Tax with Standards Contains legal journals

This product merges full-text accounting and taxaction journals with standards from the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). Berkley Electronic Press ( Bepress) Contains legal journals

This series began publication in late 2000 and includes full-text journals in law, economics, political science, health and medicine, and science and technology. Legal titles include Global Jurist and The Journals of Legal Scholarship.  This publisher also provides access to working papers, preprints, and newsletters.

Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO) Contains legal journals
Coverage: 1991-

Full text of more than 400 working papers, 40 conference proceedings, and 10 books annually, as well as abstracts from leading international relations research journals, brief reports, monthly statistics and maps.

A service of the U.S. National Library of Medicine that includes over 17 million citations from MEDLINE and other life science journals for biomedical articles back to the 1950s. PubMed includes links to full text articles and other related resources.
