Professor Maxwell Stearns commented in a recent Legal Times article examining a 1993 law review article written by Supreme Court nominee John Roberts Jr. that addresses access to the courts and defends the position taken by Justice Antonin Scalia in Lujan v. Defenders of Wildlife.
