"'The concern is, once a trustee is appointed, that is a clear signal that there is definitely something wrong with the company,' said Todd Z(y)wicki, bankruptcy law professor at George Mason University. 'Courts sometimes have a reluctance to appoint a trustee. Even in Enron, they never did that.' "
