Professors Eagle, Zywicki and Adler to Speak on Supreme Court 2004 and 2005 Terms

George Mason Law Professors Steven J. Eagle and Todd J. Zywicki, along with Visiting Professor Jonathan H. Adler, will speak at a September 21, 2005, Constitution Day symposium in Washington, DC, sponsored by the Cato Institute's Center for Constitutional Studies.

The topic of the symposium is The Supreme Court: Past and Prologue - A look at the October 2004 and October 2005 Terms.

Professor Eagle will participate in a panel discussion entitled Constitutional Rights: Property, Religion, and Government Speech. Professor Zywicki will speak on a panel examining Enumerated Powers: Requiem for Mr. Rehnquist's Federalism", while the topic of Professor Adler's panel discussion is Looking Forward: The October 2005 Term.
