Professors Lund and Rotunda Debate the Constitutionality of Constitution Day

On September 16, 2005 George Mason University Foundation Professor of Law Ronald Rotunda and Patrick Henry Professor of Law Nelson Lund debated the constitutionality of the recent Byrd Rider to this year's Omnibus Appropriations Bill that requires schools that receive federal funding to have ceremonies each year marking Constitution Day. The event was moderated by Paul Mirengoff of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and the Power Line blog and attended by law school faculty, staff and students.
