Prof. Parker Speaks on Sentencing Reform Panel

On Thursday, February 24th, Professor Jeffrey S. Parker recently spoke on a panel discussion involving federal sentencing guideline reforms. The event, sponsored by the Washington Legal Foundation, was broadcast live on the Internet. The other speakers were the Honorable Mary Beth Buchanan, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Director, Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys as well as Carmen Hernandex, Second Vice President, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Professor Parker is a former Deputy Chief Counsel for the U.S. Sentencing Commission
