Dean Polsby Speaks to Federalist Society on Solomon Amendment

On October 28, 2005, Dean Dan Polsby was the featured speaker at a monthly luncheon meeting of the Federalist Society in Washington, D.C. He spoke about the Solomon Amendment case (Rumsfeld v. F.A.I.R.) which deals with the issue of military recruitment on college campuses. Polsby coauthored an amicus brief in support of military recruiters in a case that will be argued before the U.S. Supreme Court on  December 6, 2005.
