NY Times Discusses Green Bag Study of Laughter During Supreme Court Oral Arguments

On December 31st, The New York Times ran a front-page news story discussing a law review article focused on the comic effectiveness of Supreme Court justices during oral arguments.  The article discussed appears in The Green Bag, a law journal edited by George Mason Associate Professor of Law Ross Davies

The study reveals that Justice Antonin Scalia has garnered the most laughter during arguments with Justice Stephen G. Breyer leading for the number of laughs in the current term.
