Professor Kimberly Moore Named to National Law Journal List of 100 Most Influential Lawyers in America

A National Law Journal list of the 100 most influential lawyers in America includes Professor Kimberly Moore, who was cited for her empirical research into patent law trends and recent nomination by President Bush to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which hears nationwide appeals in the areas of patent law, trademarks, international trade and other specialized areas.

Professor Moore is editor-in-chief of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and teaches courses in patent litigation and strategy, patent law, and intellectual property law.
