The GMU Environmental Law Society and the Society for National Security Law cordially invite you to a discussion on topics in environmental law and homeland security.
Our speakers include Ms. Marianne Horinko, Executive Vice President of the Global Environment and Technology Foundation, and Mr. John McCarthy, Director and Principal Investigator of GMUSL's Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. We will be discussing environmental law issues that arose from past terrorist events and how the government and industry are developing a framework to address those issues.
