Conference on Merger Analysis In High Technology Markets, February 1
A conference on Merger Policy in High-Tech Industries will be held on February 1 at the George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. Sponsored by the Information Economy Project and organized by Prof. Joshua Wright, the agenda features state of the art policy discussion by top scholars in the area. Participants include Dennis Carlton (DOJ), Howard Shelanski (UC Berkeley), Michael Baye (FTC), Richard Gilbert (UC Berkeley) -- and that's just before the mid-morning break.
