Mason Law Student is Recipient of Constangy, Brooks & Smith Diversity Scholars Award

Edyta-Christina Grzybowska, a second-year student at Mason Law, is the local recipient of the Constangy, Brooks & Smith 2008 Diversity Scholars Award. The $2,000 award is presented annually to a deserving second-year law student in each region in which the firm has offices. Its purpose is to recognize the achievements of law students with a demonstrated interest in diversity and also as a continuing commitment to diversity within the profession of law.

Grzybowska's award was presented by Jim Coleman of Constangy on February 25, 2008, with Dean Daniel Polsby present (see photo).

Constangy, Brooks & Smith has been recognized for its efforts to foster diversity within the legal workplace by an Exceptional Service Award from the Georgia Diversity Program of the State Bar of Georgia. The firm maintains a Diversity Council of attorneys across its offices to address issues and promote diversity within.
