Hayward Contributes to Harvard Election Law Symposium
Professor Allison Hayward participated in a panel entitled "Voter Rights, Voter Fraud, and Election Administration" at a March 6, 2008, bipartisan symposium held by the Harvard Journal on Legislation. Voices on Voting: Election Law in 2008 was held at Harvard Law School and examined issues of campaign finance and free speech, voter ID laws, voter fraud, and other timely topics in this presidential election year.
Hayward's areas of expertise include Campaign Finance Law, Election Law, Legal Ethics, and Voting Rights. She previously worked as Chief of Staff and Counsel in the office of Federal Election Commission Commissioner Bradley A. Smith. Prior to that, Professor Hayward practiced election law in California and in Washington, DC.
