Hayward Speaks at Election Law Panel Discussion

Professor Allison Hayward served as a distinguished panelist at a Legislation and Policy Roundtable discussion on election law that took place on April 23 at American University's Washington College of Law.

Hayward and Professor Jamie Raskin, professor of constitutional law at American University’s Washington College of Law and Director of its Program on Law and Government and its Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, discussed issues arising during the November election, essential reforms, legal issues/conflicts resulting from proposed reforms, and other relevant matters.

Washington College of Law's Legislation and Policy Roundtable is a combination student-run electronic publication and series of dynamic panel discussions providing bipartisan legal analysis of current legislation and policy issues before federal and state legislatures.
