Wooldridge Participates in Eminent Domain Conference

Senior Lecturer in Law Robert W. Wooldridge Jr. took part in an April 28-29 annual Eminent Domain Conference held by CLE International at the Tides Inn in Irvington, Virginia.

Wooldridge served as both moderator and panelist in a presentation entitled, "Mediation Wins Cases: How and Why to Make it Happen." In addition to Wooldridge, panelists included Richard R. Bennett, State Right of Way Director for the Virginia Department of Transportation, and James Webb Jones, Esq., of the Office of the Attorney General in Suffolk, Virginia.

Keynote speaker for the event was Virginia Attorney General Kenneth T. Cuccinelli II ('95), who addressed "Eminent Domain from the Attorney General's Perspective."
