Bradford a Panelist at National CLE Conference

Professor Laura Bradford took part in a panel discussion at the Colorado Bar's National CLE Conference in Vail, Colorado, on January 10.

The conference, held at the Marriott Mountain Resort from January 6–10, was an opportunity for legal practitioners to acquire 16–22 credits in continuing education. Among its learning tracks was an intellectual property law component, in which Bradford participated in an academic panel discussion on the topic "Academic Perspectives on Dilution Law." Professor Robert Brauneis, co-director of the intellectual property program at George Washington University Law School, also appeared as a panelist.

Also among the topics explored in the intellectual property curriculum were a trademark and copyright update panel, an Internet panel, recent developments in licensing case law, invalidity under Section 112, current patent issues facing the federal circuit, and a patent corporate counsel panel.
