Hayward Speaks on Citizens United Decision at Hudson Institute's Bradley Center
On February 16, the Hudson Institute's Bradley Center for Philanthropy and Civic Renewal brought together a group of experts, including Professor Allison Hayward, to discuss implications of the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision for nonprofits.
The program, held in Washington, D.C., was sponsored by the Bradley Center, the Alliance for Justice (AFJ), The Center for Lobbying in the Public Interest (CLPI), and OMB Watch.
Hayward was joined by Geri Mannion of the Carnegie Corporation of New York, Cleta Mitchell of Foley & Lardner, and Larry Ottinger of the CLPI. The discussion was moderated by the Bradley Center's William Schambra.
Video and audio recordings of the event will be posted as soon as they become available. A transcript of the discussion, including recommended readings, will be posted online in approximately one week.
The event was carried live on C-SPAN 1.
