CLE -Unique Considerations in the Intersection of Military and Family Law

The Clinic for Legal Assistance to Servicemembers is hosting a CLE program that will offer insights into the unique legal issues facing military servicemembers. The program will cover matters related to family support, child custody, Post-9/11 and G.I. Bill benefits, spousal benefits, and military retirement.
A team of experienced attorneys from the Carlberg Law Firm, including Demian "Dem" McGarry (Class of 2004), Gwendolyn Jo Carlberg, and Michelle Southwick (Class of 2008), will present the program.
Registration for the program is $50 for alumni, $80 for non-alumni, and it begins at 8:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast provided. This program has been approved for 2.5 CLE credits by the Virginia State Bar. To register, send an email with your name, address, and year of graduation to email@example.com. Payment will be accepted by checks made payable to George Mason University Foundation, with "CLAS" in the memo line. All proceeds will benefit the Clinic for Legal Assistance to Servicemembers.
