Byrne Co-Edits 2011 Annual Review of International Banking Law & Practice
In late March 2011, the 2011 Annual Review of International Banking Law & Practice, co-edited by Professor James E. Byrne, was published by Institute of International Banking Law & Practice. The 17th volume of the Annual Review, this 700-plus-page volume contains 138 case summaries of decisions from 14 countries and important articles from leading figures in the letter of credit and standby and independent guarantee fields. This volume will be distributed to more than 900 bankers, lawyers, law schools, and corporate offices in more than 35 countries.
