Greve a Frequent Speaker in October
On October 15, Professor Michael Greve delivered a luncheon address on the state of our federalism to the Philadelphia Society in Memphis, Tennessee. In addition, he presented a Constitution Day speech at Boston College on October 22 and gave well-received talks at the Federalist Society’s Charlotte Lawyers’ Chapter on October 24 and at the University of Pennsylvania Law School on October 31.
George F. Will devoted a Washington Post column to Greve’s essay on Constitutional Moments (“Promised into the poorhouse”—October 21). Greve’s The Upside-Down Constitution was favorably reviewed in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (“Vorbild Amerika?”—October 22).
Greve’s cheerful analysis of why “Our Federalism Is Not Europe’s. It’s Becoming Argentina’s” appeared in 7 Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy 17 (2012).
