Krauss Speaks at Princeton University
On November 5, Professor Michael Krauss delivered a Bouton Law Lecture at Princeton University through the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions.
Krauss's lecture was entitled "A Marine's Honor: The Supreme Court from Snyder to Alvarez." Examining two recent Supreme Court cases and explaining why he believed each was incorrectly decided, Krauss discussed whether a simplistic understanding of the First Amendment is leading the Court to deny protection to military honor.
The event was open to the public.
