Malcolm Discusses Second Amendment Litigation

Professor Joyce Lee Malcolm participated in a July 12 discussion and debate at the State Solicitors General & Appellate Chiefs Conference on how courts should adddress challenges to state and local gun laws.

Malcolm and Professor Lawrence Rosenthal of Chapman University School of Law presented a discussion entitled, "Litigating the Second Amendment."

The conference was presented by the National Association of Attorneys General and took place in Washington, D.C.
