Mossoff Moderates Panel at Congressional Staff Briefing
Professor Adam Mossoff served as moderator of a panel discussion designed to examine the important role of patent licensing in the American economy and to dissect threats to some of the nation's most innovative companies. The title of the presentation was "Advancing American Innovators: Why Patent Licensing is Critical to the American Economy."
The event took place on May 23 on Capitol Hill for an audience of Congressional staffers and was sponsored by the Innovation Alliance. The panel for the discussion comprised Barney Cassidy, General Counsel and Executive Vice President, Tessera; Ralph Eckardt, author of The Invisible Edge: Taking Your Strategy to the Next Level Using Intellectual Property; and Michael Biber, Vice President for IP Strategy, Dolby Laboratories.
