Mossoff Participates in IEEE IP Professionals Conference
Professor Adam Mossoff was a speaker at an IEEE IP Professionals conference held at George Mason University's Arlington Campus on Monday, October 22.
The conference topic was The America Invents Act: How the Legal Implications of the AIA Will Affect Best Business Practices -- A Survival Manual.
The event was billed as an exposition of the largest change in patent law since 1870 with an emphasis toward attorneys advising inventors, engineering managers, and intellectual property managers to mitigate their risks, protect their inventions, and adapt their R&D and business practices to this new law.
Mossoff presented a talk entitled "A Primer on Trade Secrets" during the event's morning sessions.
