Newman Addresses Golan v. Holder on SCOTUScast
Professor Christopher Newman is featured in a Federalist Society SCOTUScast addressing the U.S. Supreme Court's January 2012 decision in Golan v. Holder in which the Court considered the question of whether Congress has the power to restore copyright protection to certain works that have entered the public domain. The matter was decided affirmatively by the Court in a vote of 6-2 with Justices Breyer and Alito dissenting.
