Retirement Celebration Honoring Judge Stanley Klein October 10
George Mason University School of Law students, alumni, staff, and faculty are cordially invited to attend an event on Thursday, October 10, celebrating the retirement of Distinguished Adjunct Stanley Klein, retired circuit court judge, who now also has retired from teaching after a long and valuable relationship with the School of Law. The retirement celebration will take place between 5:00 and 7:30 p.m. in the law school's Levy Atrium in Hazel Hall.
In addition to his teaching duties, Judge Klein for many years managed the Virginia Practice and Domestic Relations field practice in which students had the opportunity to work in the Chambers of judges in Northern Virginia Circuit Courts, General District Courts and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, Commonwealth Attorneys’ offices, Public Defenders’ offices, Legal Aid, and practitioners’ offices.
Judge Klein’s influence and contributions as a teacher, mentor, and friend over so many years are indeed immeasurable. Please join the law school community in wishing him great happiness in the next chapter of his life by attending the October 10 celebration in his honor.
RSVP by October 6 to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 703-993-8000.
