Krauss Takes Part in Ethics Symposium
On March 1 Professor Michael Krauss was a panelist in a legal symposium hosted by the Mississippi College Law Review. Entitled "Ethics 20/20: The Future of Professional Responsibility," the symposium explored the implications of the Ethics 20/20 Commission's review of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and lawyer regulation in the context of technological and global legal practice developments, examining the impact of its proposals on both the practitioner and the profession.
The panel was moderated by Professor Donald E. Campbell of the Mississippi College of Law and, in addition to Krauss, included Professor Nathan M. Crystal and Francesca Giannoni-Crystal, Crystal & Giannoni-Crystal, LLC; Professor Charles Doskow, University of LaVerne College of Law; Professor Grace Giesel, University of Louisville School of Law; and Professor Judith Maute, University of Oklahoma College of Law.
The keynote address was given by Ellen Rosen, Senior Lead Counsel for the Ethics 20/20 Commission.
