Rao Speaks at Citizenship Rights Symposium

Fordham Law School was the site of a September 20 symposium on citizenship rights in which Professor Neomi Rao was a participant.

Titled "Citizenship, Immigration and National Security After 9/11: A Symposium," the event's focus was the complex and shifting nature of citizenship rights in a post-9/11 world.

Rao spoke on a panel that considered the topic of U.S. Citizenship and the Right to Have Rights. The discussion was moderated by Martin Flaherty of Fordham Law School and also featured as speakers Linda Bosniak, Rutgers-Camden School of Law; Jennifer Elsea, Congressional Research Service; and Andrew Kent, Fordham Law School.
