Zywicki to Deliver Vision Series Lecture April 8
On April 8 George Mason University Foundation Professor of Law Todd Zywicki will deliver a lecture entitled "The Not-So-Good-Old-Days of Consumer Credit: How to Think About Consumer Credit and Its Regulation."
Zywicki's lecture is part of the university's Vision Series in which selected faculty are invited to present aspects of their research as it pertains to issues of the day, explained at the level of an educated layperson.
Zywicki's lecture will examine a cycle of regulation and deregulation in American history that enables an accurate prediction that this intervention and regulation will repeat the errors of the past, with unfortunate unintended consequences for consumers.
The lecture will be held in Founders Hall on the Arlington Campus at 7:15 p.m. A reception with light refreshments will follow the lecture.
The event is free and open to the public.
