Judge Ginsburg Receives 2014 GCR Lifetime Achievement Award
The School of Law’s Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2014 Global Competition Review (GCR) Awards. The award was presented in a ceremony held on Tuesday, March 25 in Washington, D.C.
Judge Ginsburg was honored with the award for his service to the antitrust community and to the field of competition law and policy. In a press release, GCR recognized Judge Ginsburg’s “contribution to antitrust case law and education in the United States.”
Judge Ginsburg joined the George Mason law faculty as Professor of Law in July 2013 and also serves as a Senior Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
